A lovely dry sparkler, full of well rounded flavour with a lovely long finish. Perfect hint of citrus with a subtle granite and warm undertone. Nice delicate bubbles. Some want sweetness with the current ‘prosecco’ trend which means this may be wasted on some, but hard to fault in my view!
